My students love using technology in the classroom and Chromebooks provide them with access to a world of educational material. Whether they are on Kahn Academy to strengthen their addition and subtraction fluency, RazKids for reading fluency or Spelling City to practice their weekly spelling words, they are more engaged and look forward to having time on a Chromebook. The wireless mouse will be beneficial as they learn to navigate the different learning sites. We currently have access to a few Chromebooks during the week and the addition of another will allow for more differentiated learning for my first graders. A Chromebook with a wireless mouse will make for a more effective and efficient classroom and help my students learn at their best.
