Our school is a grade 4 and grade 5 elementary school serving a small suburban town. Many of my students are into team sports like soccer and football, while others take dance and love art. I teach Reader's Workshop, Writer's Workshop, and Word Study to two groups of about 21 students. It's wonderful to be a part of a team, working with an excellent partner teacher who teaches Math, Science, and Social Studies. Despite our community's supportive nature, all our needs cannot be met. Thank goodness for Donor's Choose!
