Meditation is proven to help kids learn better, handle stress and make learning more accessible. I find that after class my kids are happier and ready for the rest of their day! With these special supplies, I will be able to help my kids more easily learn how to quiet their minds and relax their bodies to make the rest of their day and learning more effective! Giving kids the tools like music from the Bluetooth speakers and buckwheat cushions, it will help them to be calm and in more control of their bodies at a young age will increase their success and personal self-worth. It's a joy to reach these precious kids and impact their day!
