The products that I have selected will expose my students to a variety of physical education activities. This will help to motivate them in our physical education class and allow them learn that physical education is more than just kickball and jumping jacks. The students learn that the benefit of a good physical education curriculum is to develop their minds along with their bodies. They also learn to develop their small muscle group as well as their large muscle group. They will appreciate that physical activities are a life long activity.

About my class
