The students at our school are from low socioeconomic backgrounds, and half of my class does not speak English as their first language. This doesn't diminish their excitement about new knowledge at all. They are curious, energetic, and friendly little people. They love to show me what they know! Our school is definitely part of their community, and the families are on campus all the time, showing their belief in and support for their children's education.

About my class
