The ability to move about while learning is essential for students, especially those with different learning abilities. The ability to bounce in your chair while learning, sit comfortably or kicking your feet with bouncy bands helps students focus. Sometimes the ability to stand such as at a standing desk is essential for motivation and even helping keeping students focused. Being able to take space on a bean bag is a strategy used for students who need support with their emotions. These students are generally the students who have trouble sitting still and who made need a quiet and comfortable space to regulate themselves. They may also need to get the wiggles out somehow. With flexible seating, they can wiggle as they learn! We already incorporate brain breaks and allow for movement as needed in our room as well as allow students to sit on the floor with clipboards; however, this seats will make it more comfortable to sit and focus!
