Our school is about 80% ESL students. Many of our children face hardships in their community and do have educational support outside of school. When they are at school they have other "life issues" that they think about and it is sometimes difficult to get their attention. I feel by adding more technology to the classroom I can focus their attention, which will help them retain more information. Therefore, I will be helping them be more productive students, which will lead to more productive adults. It seems that in the world we live in, children need the extra stimulation that technology provides.

About my class
