These beautiful students are the ones who are well behind in class in math and in reading. They don't have the parent support at home to do homework or even help them learn letters and numbers. These student are eager to learn like all students do, but have a hard time. We have students in First Grade who did not how to write or even new the letters that were in his name. He is so eager to learn and tries so hard everyday with me. But has no support at home. He does not know how to write letter or numbers. They can't recognize either. I help them with letters, letter sounds, numbers, being able to write them and recognizing them. Our school will support students but we don't have enough money to purchase iPads for everybody. Having these iPads will make their learning so much fun, because they are so any good, amazing education apps to help students who are struggling in these areas. If you had a child who is struggling would you want instruction to gear his learning style. It's time!
