A large portion of my students are from low income families. The students have never had a chance to work with plants or animals. Student disengagement and truancy is an improvement focus of my campus. I engage students with LIVE SCIENCE! The students get to learn to grow plants from seed, mix soil and provide food food for their families. The students also have 25 fish tanks and 12 reptiles they gain skills in Aquaculture production and Herpetology. My wife and I will have a baby soon. I can no longer dedicate so much of my paycheck to keep my classroom going. So I am seeking help to keep my students engaged and discover life like they have never seen before.
