This project is close to my heart. My students have my heart. The books listed are requested by several students on a weekly basis. Some of the books are even asked for on a daily basis. As an elementary school librarian, I want to provide books that will get my students excited about reading. Whatever their gateway book may be, their school library should have it available, when it is asked for. This is my goal! They are all so anxious to delve into these worlds. Graphic novels and Manga books are perfect "Gateway" books! I want them reading! Please help me send these amazing students to new and exciting worlds! Thank you in Advance!
