With a class set of Lucky Broken Girl, I will be able to reach students in writing, reading, and social studies, through the use of this book. I'll also be able to teach them valuable life lessons, which is my ultimate goal as a teacher, they will use throughout their whole life. Lucky Broken Girl will touch the hearts of my students as well as teach them that no matter how hard a struggle may feel at the time, they have the ability to overcome it. This book shows readers that life gives us only what we can handle. It is meant to teach us lessons to help us grow.
