The students of PES absolutely love coming to P.E. They are very eager to learn new skills and love to play games. We do not have a gym so all our classes are held outdoors. Yuma is very hot during the year and our equipment tends to get worn out quickly. In receiving a large number of balls for various sports, students will be allowed to work on skills in small groups, therefore getting more chances to practice the skill. When participating in my P.E. class, students are reminded that while practicing these skills they are actually exercising. I like to instill that exercise is fun!
