The watering cans that I have requested will help my students by allowing all of the students in the class to water the vegetables that they are growing. Currently, students have to take turns because we have a limited number of watering cans. Our school garden also has no water access so students have to fill a wheelbarrow with water and transport it to the garden area. Although the students enjoy all aspects of gardening, their favorite part is watering the plants. The class set of watering cans will allow all students to get an equal opportunity to water the vegetables they have planted.
