My students love to be in school. They are in third grade and love sharing what they are learning. Whenever we accomplish a difficult lesson, the first thing my students want to do is share it with other teachers. I love this about them! Most of my students are at least one grade level behind, so when that light bulb goes on, they are so excited. We are a hard working school that strives for excellence and getting our kids college ready. We try to find ways to integrate the idea of college just to get our students to believe that they have that opportunity and to want it. In our classroom, we want to make that connection to a 21st century classroom that integrates technology into our everyday so that it becomes second nature to them. As a teacher, I want to keep that love of learning alive and propel them into their future.
