"The Dream Team" is a classroom community full of respectful students who care about each other, and strive to work as a team to help each other achieve their goals and do their best. They believe in the power of teamwork and cooperate on a daily basis to achieve collaborative goals! Students enjoy cooperative learning activities and technology-rich lessons. They are avid readers, writers, and problem solvers. They enjoy creating their own learning and have achieved more through an inquiry based approach to teaching. Most students have access to the Internet at home, but our school access is limited. Currently, we only have 5 ipads per classroom for over 200 students. The lack of quality technology makes inquiry based, real-world, hands-on learning almost impossible. "The Dream Team" needs technology to meet the increased demands of the ever changing world.
