I have students with different learning abilities and as an educator I believe that all of my students are capable of reaching their highest education potential. My students come from many different backgrounds and are established in different cultures. But when my students come in to my classroom they know and understand that we are all one, we are all family and we are all in this together. I strive to have my students understand that we are a community and we work together to accomplish what we need to accomplish. We are all motivated to be successful because our school motto is "Failure is not an option." My students are intact to the world around them and are very inquisitive to it and have developed an understanding of how to deal with it. Each of my students are unique in their own way and have the ability to bring that uniqueness to their education.
