Students who are visually and literacy challenged will be enticed by the bold, colorful and large pictures in these books. The books will be used as visuals and reference points to take off and build on, and to develop projects. Their presentations and sharing with their classmates will be easy, simple and rewarding. The books that I have selected will help my students by giving them references and materials to make more effective learning due to their cognitive challenges. Though three-dimensional works well with my students, the books will be a beginning point, as a class we will develop and build models with the volcano, plant and human physiology pictures from the books that we have selected.
