I have 23 students in my classroom. 13 are female and 10 are male. The kids in my classroom come from vastly different home lives. About half of my kids come from wealthy homes, while the other half do not. This creates an interesting dynamic in our classroom. My students come to school each day eager and willing to learn. They love to read and write and are growing into wonderful authors and illustrators each and every day.
