I teach 6th-8th grade students who are learning the English language. My school has about 800 students in our middle school building. My students are wonderful; they are eager to learn. We work hard to learn the English language and become successful learners! I have students with attention disabilities and learning disabilities, hardworking students who hate sitting still, and students who are content to sit and get to work. I have the complete spectrum of learners. My EL students give us insight into other cultures. I teach them all with pride and compassion. Because I work closely with these students every day, I build relationships with them so they have a safe and engaging environment to learn, make mistakes, and grow!
