My school is a community that any student, parent, or teacher would love to be a part of. Most of my students come from a low socioeconomic background and technology is rare in their households. School is a safe place where my students are excited to come to each morning and don't want to go home at the end of the day because they are enjoying learning at school. That is hard to come by these days with children who are so involved with game systems and television. I also have the pleasure of teaching military children. My students are very eager to try out new things and learning new things each day. They walk into the classroom everyday bubbly and asking what they are going to learn today.
