Wobble stools in the classroom will not only benefit my students who struggle with hyperactivity and attention issues. The stools will help all students use up excessive energy. Wobble stools are known to help build core muscles, be calming, and help organize the brain. The stools will make it easier for students who have the need to fidget without drawing extra attention from their peers. Currently, our classroom has 6 stability balls that are rotated around the room. Each day excitement is built when students are given permission to use the balls as their seat for the day. I can only imagine the excitement students will feel when they have the opportunity to use a wobble chair every day.
