Welcome! My classroom is the library! As a teacher of 23 years, having taught in over 10 schools, I can say I teach at an amazing school. We care so much for each student and strive at delivering what he/she needs to learn and succeed. Our students feel that they belong and have a voice. We value relationships and self- worth and believe that each student is unique, coming from different places. Our students are given choices in their learning. They are given the best tools to learn, create and collaborate. Our students can learn anywhere, whether in the classroom, the library, outside the classroom or in the hall. Our students share and connect with the world. They are becoming global citizens who are aware of the world outside their community. Our students create a digital portfolio to share themselves as readers, writers and artists with the world - they long for encouragement and questions about their work.
