Our school offers project-based learning and uses a strong social and emotional learning philosophy to explore student learning and discovery. As an intervention specialist, I'm a guide and detective. My students are amazing people who are incredibly diverse; they are bold, tentative, spicy, quirky, curious, funny, inventive, kind -- and they're struggling. Some of my student may have dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, autism spectrum, sensory integration, social, emotional, and/or behavior disorders. My students are hard workers who want to learn and succeed.
