We are a suburban school of about 2200 students. Most of my students do not have an agricultural background but gain appreciation for agriculture in their daily lives through our activities. Our school has been competitive in academic reviews, scholastic competitions, as well as sports. Our staff is very diverse and provides a 'home' for just about every student. Most of my students have plans for further education through university, trade school, or military. I believe they are motivated to join agricultural programs for the wealth of opportunity that agriculture provides in our community and state.
