My classroom is filled with diverse learners. Every student in my classroom has unique needs and interests. The majority of my students are considered English Language Learners that come from low-income families. Yet, they are passionate and eager about learning. Many of them come into the classroom and quickly get out their independent reading book. Seeing this makes my day, I would love for all of my students to love reading. Unfortunately, some of my students haven't developed a love for reading. I'm hoping that through our Interactive Read Aloud students can see how enjoyable reading is. I would love for all of my students to be avid readers. In order for me to instill a love for reading I need to provide my students the right books.
