I teach a wide demographic of students who are all interested in the Culinary Arts field. My students come to me from 10 different high schools. They come from many different backgrounds, ethnicity's, and grades, but they all have one commonality, a love of food and a passion for cooking! My students are there to learn a skill and better their lives by preparing themselves for a career straight out of high school. Some plan to go on to higher education and others are ready for the workplace.

About my class
