These computers will be placed in the sixth and seventh grade science classroom. Research shows (and students agree!) that hands-on and relevant topic based science lessons contribute best to learning. Our boys love to get there hands-wet with new topics or dig deep researching the latest scientific data. Our scholars are amongst the brightest in the state; according to both their test scores and what they deliver each day in the classroom. This is not due to a selective admissions process either; we pull from the same population as every other school in our urban community. Our schools culture is one of brotherhood and scholarship. These young men want nothing more than to be something in life and we believe that each and everyone can, as long as there is someone who believes in them.
