Welcome! I teach a small, but busy set of student with exceptional needs. These students are the reason why I became a Special Educator. In my Pre-Vocational Intensive Classroom, my goal is for each one of my students to use his/her strengths to reach as much independence as they can. Some students utilize alternate forms communication such as iPads or pictures (PECS). Most of my students are working on discrimination skills, counting, and basic language. Every day I try to prepare them for their future in the hope they will be productive and happy citizens.
