My students LOVE games! Having access to Breakout EDU and the classroom kit will help me create engaging games for my students. I will use this kit to engage students in various materials including novels, non-fiction, research, writing, and critical thinking. Games increase student motivation to engage in content. Implementing Escape Rooms will not only provide a level of competition, it will also add a level of engagement with the content. This is vital for student learning. My students love to learn, and this gaming platform will increase their learning. Breakout EDU games also require students to engage in learning that is not necessarily content related - it helps them work on real-life skills that are necessary for success. For example, team work, communication, collaboration, and problem solving. These critical skills are essential in helping student be successful, life-long learners.
