My students range from 3rd- 8th grade and I teach all grades in my band room. My students are always on the move and they love to touch and play instruments because that is the best way they learn. Being young and in a rural area they do not get to experience music or instruments unless I bring it to them. These few things will help them grow not only as students but as musicians.
