I have a group of 18 second graders in a Title 1 school. They are diverse in language, ethnicity, and culture, but all are eager to read. My school is one of the oldest in the county and has very little money for operations. School supplies or classroom wants and needs are not possible. The goal is to have these 2nd graders build on their fluency and comprehension so they can succeed in life. "The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go." ~Dr. Seuss
