My students are 2nd graders at Kalaheo Elementary School located on Kauai. It consists of 22 children, 13 boys and 9 girls. I have 3 special education students, 2 english language students, and a range of different academic levels. I would describe this years students as lively and full of life. They love to talk and share ideas. They are engaged and willing to help others. I believe we have one of the best schools. Not because we have a lot of resources, but I feel that we are "one." Our parents, community, teachers, and staff come together for one goal and that is to better our students.
