My students are sixth-, seventh-, and eighth-graders. They are in a Resource program due to having a Mild to Moderate disabilities. The disabilities include Autism, Other Health Impairment, and Specific Learning Disabilities. The school where I work is a public middle school in a suburban area near San Francisco, California. There are about 1,100 students. My students come to my class expecting to receive help in the areas of reading, writing, math, and history. We also work on social skills used in daily life. Currently I do not have enough working computers to meet my students needs. Students have IEP goals. These goals are related to math, reading, and writing. My students would utilize the five requested Chromebooks in order to access the material being taught.
