Providence Hall High School students throw themselves into a rigorous curriculum in preparation for college and life after high school. They are learning to use technology to their advantage and also seek opportunities to understand it more. Many of our students love to read and routinely borrow books from the library. I am always looking for more ways to encourage students to visit the library. Library skills are lifelong. Students who learn to appreciate and visit the library in high school are more likely to continue to do so as adults. My students learn to use the tools the library offers as well as maintain a love of reading. My aim is to encourage literacy throughout their education and beyond. Never stop reading.
