About 40% of the students at my school are on free and reduced lunch. They come from a variety of backgrounds and are ethically diverse. They are at all different levels in the school skills that they have. Some kids are struggling to gain the basic skills needed, while others are able to learn skills quickly. When kids come to school they are excited about the opportunities to learn new things and develop friendships with others.
