My school is set in a small Southern California community. We are a small school and our community is tight knit. My 5th grade students come to school eager to learn and excited to use technology. By 5th grade, I try to use technology in my lessons on a daily basis, as well as teach students to use it when doing projects and assignments. We have a classroom website and the students act as webmasters. The more technology I can bring into the classroom, the better I feel that I prepare my students to be successful in this digital, technology-based world.
