I teach in a public high school in Houston Texas. Students are in a self-contained classroom in a typical school. Students in my classroom are autistic and each student's case is unique, each student is on different parts of the autism spectrum. Students are typically at an access level for curriculum and are interacting with cause and effect activities as well as using sensory stimulation according to each students behavior and needs.
