Our school is a 5-6 Intermediate School housing over 1,000 students. My students, while a small portion of the school, are known all over. They are researchers, band members, puzzle solvers, artists, engineers, and more. They are diligent boys who love a good challenge. However, their social skills are something that they need more direct instruction on. They don't understand the nuances of making friends, taking turns, thinking before they speak, and other social skills that most other students can just pick up.
