My students are hard workers that want to learn. Our school is a low-income school with a caring community and supportive parents. A large amount of volunteerism exists, but the financial support is low due the economics of the area. Our school is located in Tacoma, Washington. Many of my students are English language learners. Their parents have the goal of advanced education beyond high school. Most want their children to attend college.
