All of our students want to feel comfortable in their learning environment. Students will also be empowered with choice in their seating throughout the day with new stools and bean bags. With new flexible seating options, students will be afforded the opportunity to choose learning spaces that support their physical needs. These options allow students opportunities for subtle movement which will allow them to concentrate on their learning. In addition to choice and movement, flexible seating creates a classroom environment that supports community. Our classroom has many learning spaces that allow students to collaborate. These spaces support learning as a social process.

About my class
