My class consists of 11 very active "Power Ranger" loving boys and 10 "girly" girls. The boys love action and play. The girls love to help and be involved in what is going on. I have one homeless student and five students being raised by grandparents. I have 12 students on free lunch. My school is a lower middle class school. Parents have been hit hard by this economy and have either lost their jobs or have had to take a lesser paying job to feed their My school does not qualify for Title 1 funds so therefore it is not blessed with the technology necessary to interest these types of students.
