This project will be used to develop awareness about the environment, health care issues, and social issues. The student will pick the issue that they feel is important for their peers and people who live in their community to know more about. They will research the issue's impact on the environment, health and social issues. Based on this research they will develop informational posters about them with pictures and info graphics that will illuminate the issue and highlight its relevance in their lives as students.To do this we need a good printer (and a supply of toner) and a tripod to capture and print photos that they can use to make their posters and written reports. Through this process they will learn photoshop mechanics and graphic design principles as well as how to use fonts in a poster.
