All the requested materials will help my fourth grade class experience all the awesome things there are to learn in science! Our school participates in Mystery Science, which provides extremely fun and interactive labs such as examining lava properties and building sound machines with household objects. The labs and lessons provided allow students to achieve a depth in understanding science without even realizing it! Unfortunately, the materials required to complete the labs have to be funded by the teachers. With your help, my students will be learning about energy, motion, and electricity. Among many projects, they will learn about how food provides energy for our bodies, energy exists through height, energy is released and transferred, and heat creates energy to make things go.
