My students consist of 3 classes of 5th grades and 2 classes of 6th graders. The students are like most students, eager to learn, but they have a lot on their minds concerning life outside of school. My school is in an urban impoverished area with a population of about 450 students. The school building is relatively new, about 12 years old, and strives to provide a stable environment along with free breakfast and lunch for every student. The entire school cares for the students and maintains a theme of peace and love.
