Every day one of our class rules is to LEARN AND HAVE FUN! Even though we are a kindergarten class, we are taught early how to keep our things in their designated places. We keep our work areas neat and clean. Keeping our classroom this way allows us to save a lot of instruction time. We don't have to worry about looking for class materials when needed and the students can access materials on their own. This is a big help during work center time because the teacher is assisting a small group while the other students are working independently in their assigned groups. We are able to transition smoothly when we have the materials that we need and keep a clean, safe work environment.
