Feeling stuck? We've all been in that boat (or on that bus, as the case may be). My kindergarten through fifth grade, second-load bus riders feel the same after a long day at school. Stick with us! Rewarding students with stickers is a way to celebrate my second-loaders for "sticking in there." Stickers make students feel as though "being stuck" isn't so bad after all, even after a long school day! Making a second-load student smile with a sticker helps them remember that good things stick--I mean come-- to those who wait!
