My school is located in a low income neighborhood in Colorado, where many students have very little, if any, exposure to computers in the home. Like children anywhere, they tend to be extremely motivated to learn everything they can about computers and other technology. Because this is the first year that my school has offered a technology class, I have been able to see students really shine as they have their first opportunity to learn about computers.
