Students are looking forward to returning to school with all the excitement that hands-on science, ingenuity, and discovery learning with their classmates creates. My project goal is spectacular STEM Projects for my Third Graders in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. I am in need of supplies for students to construct projects, and books to propel inquiry engagement. Specific supplies are consumable items for students to complete science inquiry projects based on New Generation Science Standards for Third Grade. Inquiry questions include: How can I make my snow globe snow? How far can create my catapult to go the furthest? How can I build a strong bridge? How can I revise my hypothesis to improve my experiments? STEM supplies and STEM literature will increase the knowledge base of Third Graders at my local elementary school.
