We are still enhancing our environment. This is a continuous process for any classroom. It is extremely important to me to have a visually pleasant environment for my children and parents. Our classroom has maple furniture and tan walls, which is great because the children's art work and creations are easily seen on our walls. I would like to add pops of color to our classroom by adding live plants! This will help to make the children's environment softer and more inviting. It will also help to clean the air (we are in a portable) and provide inviting smells for the children to experience. Having plants in the classroom will also add elements of science and care to the children's experiences.
