We will divide the games into categories such as: math skills, word building skills, and critical thinking skills. Some items will also help fine motor skills such as the Spirograph. Playing games allows students a chance to work on their social skills. We will utilize the games before school, during lunches, and after school mainly in the library. By donating to our project, you will not only help our students' math and reading skills, but also help increase essential social skills and critical thinking skills. We believe these skills will help our students achieve academic success in other subject areas like science and social sciences. We plan to have family game nights when our school district allows us to have volunteers and parents back on campus. This will be an added opportunity for families to have family time.
